Each weeks menu varies, send me a message for the current menu or see Instagram. We use grass-fed beef from Rosa Brook (Willowvale Farm) & free range chicken (Mt Barker). We source the fruit & veg from the Margaret River farmer's market & our own garden. Below is a guide to what each pack contains -
- 3 x 750 mL containers of Kitchari, lentil based soup, warm lentil, quinoa or rice salad or dhal - an easy to digest postpartum meal with gentle warming spices, slow cooked veg & ghee roasted cashews.
- 2 x 1.1 L conatiners of a pie or tart or baked meatballs - chicken pie with pasture raised chicken, veg & herbs, cottage pie with organic grass fed beef mince & sweet potato top, vegetarian lentil pie or greens pie.
- 3 x 750 mL seasonal soup or slow cooked tagine or curry (chicken soup, pumpkin soup, lentil soup, beef & chickpea tagine, summer/spring minestrone). The soup option vaies depending on what is in season & client requests.
- 1 x 750 mL sweet snack container (goji rolls or bounty dates or caramel slice etc.)
- 1 x mumma cookies (10)
