We use grass-fed beef from Rosa Brook (Willowvale Farm) & free range chicken (Mt Barker). We source the fruit & veg from the Margaret River farmer's market & our own garden. We use organic grains/flours/nuts & seeds where possible. Below is a guide to what each pack contains - 
 
~ 8 - 10 x 750 mL containers 
~ 1 - 2 x snack bags (350g)
