Service Description

In this initial consultation we will cover your past health history, diet, lifestyle & any areas of concern to you. This is a comprehensive assessment of your relationship with food. I take a non-diet approach so will not set you up on a meal plan but rather equip you with the knowledge & skills to make the right choices for your health. My area of interest is mothers (postpartum).
